Booking
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR POLICIES
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION MUST BE KEPT ON FILE TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT -- YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE CASE OF A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OR LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING (SEE POLICY BELOW). PLEASE SET UP A TIME TO CALL THE SALON TO ACQUIRE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, IF NOT DONE ONLINE, TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT UPON BOOKING.

Late Policy
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. - EVERY CLIENT GETS A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD.
AFTER 10 MINUTES, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE SERVICES PERFORMED WITHIN THE TIME REMAINING. AFTER 15 MINUTES, YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE, & YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

BE AWARE: WE'RE LOCATED DOWNTOWN & PARKING IS LIMITED. WE DO HAVE 3 SPOTS AVAILABLE IN FRONT OF THE SALON. IF THOSE ARE FILLED, YOU MAY LOCATE STREET PARKING ((PLEASE PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON TOW ZONES & SIGNS)) OR PARK AT THE FREE LOT ACROSS THE STREET BEHIND THE POST OFFICE (83 BRIDGE STREET), OR IF IT IS AFTER 5PM, AT WELLS FARGO (320 CORAM AVE)

ONCE YOU ARRIVE, FOR HAIR SERVICES, USE THE LEFT DOOR, FOR LASH SERVICES, USE THE RIGHT DOOR. WHEN YOU COME IN, HAVE A SEAT IN THE WAITING AREA, & WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY!
Cancellations
FOR HAIR APPOINTMENTS, A 24 HOUR NOTICE, & FOR LASH APPOINTMENTS, A 48 HOUR NOTICE IS NECESSARY FOR CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING.

FAILURE OF THIS NOTICE (NO CALL, NO SHOW) WILL RESULT IN A 100% SERVICE CHARGE ON YOUR CARD.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, OR LESS THAN 48 HOUR NOTICE, WILL RESULT IN A $50 CANCELLATION FEE.

Product Returns

Series & Packages
All series & package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the salon. Packages & series have no expiration date.

DO NOT USE MOISTURIZER, WEAR MAKEUP, OR PUT ON DEODORANT

WEAR LOSE-FITTING, DARK CLOTHING TO YOUR SESSION (PREFERABLY COTTON).

ALSO, BE SURE TO REMOVE ALL JEWELRY AND LEAVE IT OFF UNTIL YOUR TAN IS SET.
Lash Clients

Please arrive with a clean face – no makeup or heavy face creams

No mascara or strip lash glue for at least 24 hours before appointment

Shower before your appointment, as lashes can't get wet for 24 hours following your appointment

Please avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment to limit eye fluttering

Not wearing contacts is recommended to avoid irritation

Please no gum chewing during appointment

Be aware you will be quietly laying on your back for around 2 hours. If you can not be still & on your back for this amount of time, you may not be a good candidate for lashes.

Once the service has begun, your eyes should remain shut. This means no phone checking, so I suggest just putting it on silent!

**I DO NOT TEND TO SERVICE OVER ON SETS DONE BY OTHER ARTISTS. EVERY LASH ARTIST HAS THEIR OWN DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES, PRODUCTS THEY USE, & AFTERCARE INSTRUCTION.WITH THAT SAID, FOREIGN FILLS TEND TO NOT END WELL, AS I CAN ONLY GUARANTEE MY OWN WORK. I ALSO REQUIRE AT LEAST 40% OF EXTENSIONS LEFT TO BE CONSIDERED AS A FILL. ANYTHING LESS THAN 40% OR AFTER 3 WEEKS WILL BE CONSIDERED & PRICED AS A FULL SET! AFTERCARE IS IMPORTANT!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO ASSESS A CURRENT FOREIGN FILL FOR YOU, PLEASE BOOK ONLINE AS A“FOREIGN FILL”. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 40% OF YOUR LASHES LEFT, OR ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS SINCE YOUR LAST EYELASH SERVICE, PLEASE BOOK AS A REMOVAL & FULL SET SO I HAVE THE PROPER TIME WITH YOU, THANK YOU!

​By booking, you agree that your stylist may take before-and-after photos/videos of your service for marketing purposes, including social media and our website. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please notify us prior to your service. By agreeing, please understand you authorize the use of these images for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and the salon website, without compensation . These photos may show your face, but you can request them not to be used.
